Where can I buy Snap on tools in the UK?

I live in the West Midlands and want to buy some. Are they any good?

I'm moving to brighton……?

My partner and I are moving to Brighton next year even though we have never even visited there before. Can someone tell me the best areas? We want somewhere where the property isin't too expensive.
