Instead of a cookie-cutter type training system for everyone in the business. You have to offer a multi-level training system to meet individual needs, depending on where each individual is in their business.

This approach consists of three major points:

1. Get them in.

2. Keep them in.

3. Move them along.

I try to develop everything around these three concepts. Being in network marketing is something that you should be doing to help others succeed. Some people get into network marketing just for the income you can make. You can make great income in network marketing but you must love to help others to have any kind of longevity in this business. The product that you promote must be a hot item that many people will want.

It is also a numbers game when you are building your network marketing business. Some people will simply sign up and do nothing, some will make some sales, and you will have some people that will take the ball and run with it. So the more people that you can bring on with you the better chance you have to succeed with network marketing.

For a majority of people, it’s not enough to just earn a living anymore. People want to make a difference while living life with a passion and a purpose. More than ever people want a proven way to prosper through a lifestyle that contributes to the greater good of all. Always remember trianing first and money will come in the future.
