Where in manchester can you get dewalt tools fixed?

I work for Dewalt (which is really Black and Decker). There is a Black and Decker store in the Lowry Outlet Mall in Manchester. They deal with repairs and returns and are a service center as well. Take it there and you should be able to get it fixed. I work at Black and Decker in the North East, and Dewalt tools get repaired here all the time! I wish you luck and a map of the Lowry Center.
